One of my favorite sayings in french was, Where is the Bakery? I bet you can guess why. My niece told me that I had to enjoy all of the chocolate I could while I was in France because it would be a whole new experience. OMG, she was so right! They use a higher concentration of cocoa, and the pastry is so buttery and flaky...I miss France.
